CBR clients may choose from a wide variety of options when it comes to arranging for service from CBR.  Each Client option carries with it CBR’s guarantee of exclusivity in your market. 

Per Diem:  CBR will provide services to your company on a daily basis at a set cost per day.

Per Project:  Based on your needs, CBR will create a project to meet your requirements and then step aside.

Retainer:  For a specified amount of time within a specified period, you will have the services of CBR for your company in any manner you require.  A bank of time is established and the hours used are deducted from the total.  Any unused hours at the end of the period ore rolled over to the next period.

A few words about Estimates vs. Budgets:  At CBR, we prefer to provide Budgets rather than Estimates.  An estimate allows for too many opportunities to charge the client for services that should have been anticipated.  Rather, CBR chooses to tell you upfront what your costs will be.  If the projects parameters don’t change, neither will your bill.  Any changes that may impact your invoice will be discussed well in advance with all your options clearly indicated.

Exclusivity:  If you hire CBR, we don’t work for your competition.  Its just that simple.  For clearly specified time within specified geographic limits, CBR will not accept an assignment from someone you have designated as primary competition.  For example, if CBR is under contract to Toyota, we won’t work for Honda.  However, if we’re under contract to Toyota, we can (and will) accept an assignment from the company that provides paper towels to Honda.
