Why a consulting firm?: You might say that you have internal Marketing, Training and Communications Staff.  So, why do you need CBR?  Simple.  We see what your Staff can't.  CBR sees the overall picture of your business in the marketplace.  Since CBR has no internal distractions or agendas, CBR can and does see the picture with a fresh outlook.  This unique perspective allows CBR to capitalize on your strengths and eliminate or minimize any areas of weakness.

We're too small to need services from CBR:  Not true.  Not only does CBR offer a fresh perspective and a unique series of services, but we provide these services at a cost YOU can afford.  Unlike agencies, we won't tell you what you need to spend.  We listen to your concerns, we ask questions about your goals, objectives and priorities.  Yes, we'll ask about your budget, but only to determine what you can afford, not to determine how much we can bill.

I have a very specialized business.  Can CBR learn enough to be of any help?:  Absolutely!  At CBR. we make it our business to learn as much as we can about your business.  We will never match your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), but we'll learn as much as we can to help you in any way you need.  Remember, concepts involving Marketing, Training and Communications do not change.  The audiences change, the content changes, but not the underlying concepts.

It seems like every time I've used Consultants, all they do is talk and nothing gets done:  That's a valid complaint.  You're right, sometimes nothing does get done.  But CBR is different.  You determine the scope of our authority.  If you want CBR to provide hands on leadership to your Staff, we will.  If you want us to act as guides, providing you with feedback as to what we suggest, we'll do that.

I have a Marketing Department.  Why do I need CBR?: Actually, there are a number of reasons why CBR should be your first call.  First, your internal priorities are constantly shifting.  CBR isn't pulled from one priority to another.  We can concentrate on the project at hand, moving it forward to a rapid and successful conclusion.  Next, sometimes you really can't see the forest through the trees.  CBR can step in, help clear the clutter and assist your staff in focusing on the main target, free of minor distractions.

OK, I agree all this is great, but I just can't afford it:  At CBR we are interested in creating long term relationships.  We want to be your "Go To" guys.   Although CBR will be happy to serve customers on a one time basis, we'd really rather stay with you for the long haul.  So, we don't try to dig out everything out of your pocket, including lint.  CBR would prefer to show you the costs up front, work with you to find solutions you can afford now.  We'll work with you to establish priorities, making the products elastic to allow for future growth and changes.  CBR establishes budgets, not estimates.  You know up front what it will cost.  No hidden surprises.
